SPIKE: My first cat, a Russian Blue. Pat and I adopted him from the local shelter in 1995. He's
handsome and intelligent and keeps me warm at night, without messing up the covers.
If he were human, I would have married him. =)
RAVEN: My teeny tiny little black cat with huge amber Precious Moments eyes. She's afraid of everything but me and Spike, making it easy to be sweet and gentle around her.
THE GREAT BARON VON EVILCLAWS (EVIL): Evil is Raven's kitten, and he is freaking annoying. He was the runt of the litter and Mike taught him how to walk. He was great until he turned three, now all he does is hide under the bed until he gets bored and I'm the only one around, then he jumps up on the bed and whines and meows incessantly until he is satisfied with the petting and catnip and toys I shower upon him.
MISTER JINX: aka Jinxybear, Mooshkins.
A Blue Point Himalayan with a HUGE fluffy coat, Jinx is the newest addition to my household. Mike and I found him at the local shelter, and he decided I was going to take him home. His first few days here, I walked around the house with a baseball bat because he scared me so much. He was WAY vicious. In just a few days, he was cuddling with me and is now my little Jinxybear and will do anything I say (well, almost...) ;) His favorite hobbies are clawing the hell out of Mike and acting like he's above everyone and everything else.
SPIDER (AKA MISTER KITTEN): The new kitten, who has extra toes on each front paw for an impressive TWELVE sharp front claws in all. He has opposable thumbs, which is the next step in feline evolution. Possible names were Darwin and Thumbs, but seeing that he will crawl up and over anything to make the most direct route from point A to point B, Spider is the name I've decided upon.
UPDATE: Upon further inspection, it has been noted that Mister Kitten is a GIRL! Her name has been changed (officially) to Mrs. Mr. Panda-Kitten. I call her "Panda" or more commonly, "Little One". That is all. Carry on.
