Sometimes, I browse diaries and am fully impressed by the huge number of people here that either:
1. Have at least two cats
2. Want to be (or are) the neighborhood cat lady
3. Love their cats as much as the men in their lives
4. Love their cats MORE than the men in their lives
I am in at least two of those categories at any given time, depending on the day and how much John and I are fighting. Just saying, Diaryland makes me feel less alone in the world. Thank you, cat ladies of Diaryland.

I have a new favorite website. It's Pandora.com. You go over there, type in your favorite song or artist, and it will play songs you love, infinitely. It seems to be accurate about 95% of the time. If there's ever a song you don't like, you just tell it. It will NEVER play that song for you again. The way it calculates songs, even if you've never heard a song before, chances are you will like it. It's pretty darn neat and I listen to it almost all the time when I'm on the computer.
What else do I do on the computer these days? Oh, I'm glad you asked. In my ever-present maturity and professionalism, I have taken to playing Webkinz for about an hour a day. It's great to play with toys when you're an adult. For one, you can afford more toys! My Webkinz have a virtual empire, complete with a magical forest, medieval castle and huge strawberry fields. Secondly, I have noticed that a large proportion of Webkinz memebers are grown women. Again, I feel less alone, thank you very much.
What is all this talk about loneliness? Well, my dear Husband has just left for combat training. Then, soon, he is off to war. I could have all the friends in the world, and would still feel lonely without him here every night. I just hope he stays safe and comes home happy and healthy. More on this war thing in a future entry. I really wanted this one to be random.
This morning, I made a pot of coffee. Except that I forgot to take the actual coffee pot out of the dishwasher and put it into the coffee maker. Thus, I came back downstairs to find my kitchen flooded with coffee. It's okay though. I could think of worse things with which to flood a kitchen.
I think I should go back to throwing a daily quote into my diary.
I am taking the next hour to avoid going food shopping, and work on that daily quote thing.
